The numistaic term is "error print" but it's when a paper or coin currency has a malformation on it. Okay, I'm not sure if anyone has seen the show Pawn Stars, but I happened to the other evening. This gentleman had a misprinted bill. So, naturally I had to find out all I could on the matter :) This is the first article that struck me. A sticker on a twenty dollar bill is worth what?!? In my most recent findings, I stumbled upon this. So, the moral of the story is... everyone keeps your eyes open for mistakes when it comes to currency!
